ESC Lille international orientation is significant through its global accreditations, the international dimension of its programmes and its research, its partnership with foreign universities, the composition of its student and faculty bodies, and the wide array of work opportunities abroad.

Accreditations and international recognition

The ESC Lille academic excellence is rewarded by international academic and professional associations.
In 2005, the School is the first European B-school and the 4th in the world to be accredited by PMIGACPM by the Project Management Institute.
In 2006, it is rewarded EQUIS accreditation by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). EQUIS is a leading global accreditation system of quality assessment, improvement, and accreditation of higher education institutions in management and business administration. The EQUIS community gathers only 111 Business schools in the world.

Programmes

ESC Lille has established programmes delivering a truly global management education.

In the Business Management Programmes, a complete track (IMiM) has been set up entirely in English with a faculty that is mostly comprised of English native speakers. This track is very attractive for French and foreign students.

The franco-german track and the Franco-German-Russian track also offer double and triple diplomas with equal time spent in the targeted countries. ESC Lille has established more than 60 international agreements all over the world for its Business Management Programmes. In the postgraduate programmes, 2 Specialised Masters, 3 Masters of Science, the MBA, and the PhD are international programmes. Students are also encouraged to study abroad within the framework of Life Long Learning Program (Erasmus mobility) or according to bilateral agreements, and expected to work in a foreign country during their internships, gap year, or after graduation.

ESC Lille has signed more than 60 international agreements with foreign universities to encourage student and faculty mobility, develop research, create joint programme or double diplomas.

ESC Lille is recognized and accredited by many national and international professional bodies. Furthermore, with a view to gaining high academic and professional levels in its programmes, ESC Lille also prepares students for the main international professional certifications in many fields of expertises such as Strategy, Programme and Project Management, Cost Engineering, Value Management, Supply Chain Management, Management Accounting...

Research

Since 2007, the Research laboratories of ESC Lille and ESA (University of Lille 2) have joined to create a unique organisation: the Lille School of Management Research Center.
Thanks to this joint-venture, ESC Lille and Lille 2 have increased their international visibility on the world stage. Besides, most researchers actively participate to seminars throughout the world and publish in international academic journals.

ESC Lille is also recognized through its expertise in Programme and Project Management. Every year, the Schools set up an international workshop and a doctoral seminar in Project Management. This event gathers experts, researchers, students, and companies from all over the world.
