2-3 year Grande Ecole Programme
The International Masters in Management(IMiM) programme trains global managers with highly developed international
business skills and is open to students who wish to graduate with a Master in Management (MiM), fully recognised
by the French Ministry of Education.
The programme is designed to provide managers with an understanding of the challenges and complexities of managing
projects at an international level and to prepare them for business careers with an international dimension.
Courses are taught in English by native speaking. The 3-year programme has both an international and a comparative approach.
Students who are willing to enrol in the IMiM programme have to hold a Bachelor degree for entry in
year 1 or a Bachelor of Business Administration for entry in year 2, have excellent academic results, language skills,
motivation, and adaptability.

These programmes are offered within the framework of UFA (Franco-German
University), a network of French and German institutions, which objective is to increase
cooperation between France and Germany in the field of
higher education.
The Franco-German track offers a double diploma: the ESC Lille Master in Management and the HTW Dresden Master of Arts in
International Business.
ESC Lille students spend their first year in Lille, their second year in Dresden, and their third year in Lille
with the German students of Dresden.
The Franco-German-Russian track offers a triple diploma: The ESC Lille Master in Management, the HTW Dresden Master
of Arts in International Business, and the Master of Science in Management of the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics
(Moscow).
After their first year in Lille, students spend their second year in Dresden (one semester) and in Moscow (one
semester) and come back to France to finish their third year.
Students who wish to enrol in these study-abroad programmes are selected on the basis of their academic results, language
skills, motivation, and adaptability.

ESC Lille and the Hochsschule Reutlingen (School of Production and Logistics Management) offer a
double degree: the ESC Lille Master in Management and the Hochsschule Reutlingen Master in Production
Management.
ESC Lille students spend their third year on the Hochsschule Reutlingen campus and the German students
spend their third year in Lille.
Courses are taught in English in both countries.
