With over 19 million cyber clients, there is no longer a need to show the growing importance of e-commerce and the necessity to fully manage client relations at distance. E-commerce represents 66% of distance selling and this will be a growing percentage in the years to come. France alone counts over 32 000 commercial sites. E-commerce and distance selling represent over 50 000 employments and in progression of about 5 to 8% per year.
In order to keep up with this growing activity, companies need new partners to imagine new marketing strategies and to rapidly determine the direction to follow.
The aim of the Specialised Master in Direct Marketing and E-Commerce is precisely to give the bases and knowledge in terms of direct marketing and web sales and strategy. The programme, with its theoretical and practical applications, is elaborated to make you performing actors of the growing Multi Canal world.

“It is during internships before the Specialised Master in Direct Marketing and E-Commerce that I first discovered direct marketing and client relation management. The Specialised Master enabled me to develop my knowledge in direct marketing and familiarise myself with all the different facets of e-commerce. During my year of training, I was in internship at Packard Bell, in charge of developing their client e-mailing and fidelity programme. I discovered a new means of communication, with a one-to-one relation, and the possibility of trying new ways of communicating. I then became in charge of the e-mail programme at Vertbaudet (Groupe La Redoute). Today, I have joined La Redoute and am in charge of Direct Marketing e-mailing : I take care of Private Sales and part of emailing animation. Multi Canal is a very interesting and exciting field, always in motion, and one has to be constantly aware and alert to new ideas, creative and reactive in order to strengthen our relation with our clients.”
