Communication is everywhere. But is it always used in management and strategy for global vision, to give sense to projects, to give sense to actions and actors? Communication professionalises itself. But is it always evaluated, used, conceived with preciseness, integrity, creativity and expertise? Communication has become a speciality. Will communicants be qualified with all the necessary skills to communicate tomorrow?
In answer to these questions and the growing evolution of communication, these are our convictions:
- Train men and women to have a global strategic approach of communication.
To become Communication Managers, the training associates global corporate notions and specialised skills, strategic, managerial, functional and operational dimensions, a solid cultural background, open mindedness and intellectual agility to manage the questions raised.
- Reveal personalities and talents.
Each student is individually guided, accompanied, on a professional and personal level throughout his training, thus allowing him to better discover himself, to gain self confidence, and to bring out his talents. Students from different horizons are selected for this programme making it a very enriching experience.
- Integrate, adapt and evolve on the job market.
The programme alternates between in class work, in company work and group sessions. This allows a progressive insertion in the professional world (50% of the graduates sign a contract by the end of their training).
Mélanie OUVRY
Programme Manager
« Before starting this Specialised Master, I had had the opportunity to do several internships in the communication field. This programme enabled me to acquire the knowledge and tools needed in this sector. Throughout the year I worked on case studies in the same way I would have in a communication agency. The contributing actors of the programme consider us not as students but as actual colleagues and exchange with us on their own work. The internships allow us to make many contacts in the professional world. I am in charge of internal and external communication for Decathlon biking.”
