Nowadays, corporations are looking for Human Resource professionals capable of strategic vision, expertise and leadership.The Specialised Master in Human Resources Stategy and Manangement of ESC Lille trains for this new profile. The training programme is articulated around three themes:
- Develop strategic and operational competencies, for short and long term usage. The alternate programme, between in-class and in-company presence, gives a good balance between fundamental learning’s and work modules. A personalised accompaniment is given for each personal and professional project.
- Anticipate and follow the evolution of Human Resources Management. We train professionals capable of anticipating these evolutions, of using them, and evolve with human resources tools in more and more complex contexts. Students are also trained for new specialisations in human resources : information systems, marketing, etc…)
- Give a good global view of international human resources management. The teachings given in international management and the presence of international speakers in the programme find their outcome in projects. The students do audits in a member country of our school partners. In 2008, Germany is the chosen destination.
