For the past fifty years project and programme management has become a well-accepted way to manage organizations.
Projects and programmes, as strategic processes, modify the conditions of the firm in its environment. Through them, resources and competencies are mobilized to create competitive advantage and other sources of value.
As resources are easily shared by many organizations, the organization's competencies are the most important relevant driver and are at the source of competitive advantage and the creation of value.
The primary goal of the programme is to provide solid foundations and competencies for participants’ future in general management. The programme relies on Groupe ESC Lille’s strong commitment in international organisations, professional bodies and research in project, programme and portfolio management. It is based on standards and bodies of knowledge widely recognized within the profession. It includes, as well, standards coming from state agencies and international organisation.
The PhD programme leads to careers in top management, in consulting, and research and academia.
This programme is taught in English by an international faculty at the Lille campus.
